30 kids, split into 3 groups of 10 by age and skill level. 5 minutes of warm-up to get heart rates up and bodies ready.
Each group goes to a zone. Zone A plays soccer. Zone B plays basketball. Zone C does kids athletics. 20 minutes per sport.
A whistle blows. Groups switch zones. Soccer kids now play basketball. Basketball kids head to athletics. Every kid tries every sport.
Quick stretch, water break, parent pickup. Total time: 60 minutes. Total fun: maximum.
Three zones. Three sports. Every 20 minutes, kids rotate. Click any zone's info button to learn more.
Each group spends 20 minutes per zone in on the floor.

We believe in building well-rounded athletes who love to move. And so does the science.
Sport Canada's Long-Term Athlete Development model recommends kids under 12 sample multiple sports to build broad motor skills, coordination, and lasting physical literacy. By engaging in diverse activities, young athletes develop incredible versatility, fostering a lifelong love of sports and movement.
Throwing, kicking, sprinting, balancing — different sports build different movement patterns that carry over into all of life.
Kids who try multiple sports stay engaged and excited about athletics longer into their teens — because there's always a new challenge to master.
Experiencing different movement patterns helps bodies develop symmetrically and strongly, creating a fantastic foundation for any future physical endeavor.
Your kid might think they're a soccer player — until they pick up a basketball. Let them find out.

Footwork, teamwork, the world's game. Foam balls for the littles, proper soft soccer balls for older kids. No tackling, ever.
Coordination, court awareness, mini jump shots. Lower hoops sized for kids, mini-games. Goal: confidence, not the NBA.
Running, jumping, throwing, balance work. The fundamental movements every sport is built on.
Bodyweight strength, balance, controlled movement. Gymnastics-inspired for young bodies.
Rhythm, cardio, pure joy. Movement that doesn't feel like exercise because it isn't — it's a party.
Flexibility, focus, learning to breathe through frustration. The mental edge that carries into every sport.
We rotate 3 sports per session and change the mix each week — your kid never gets bored.
Parent stays on-side. Foam everything. No tears (most days).
Parent drops off. Real balls, soft impact.
Parent drops off. Skills sharpen, friendships form.
Join us on the rink, try the rotation yourself, and remind your body what it feels like to play. Active Hour isn't just for the kids — it's a community for the families behind them.
"My 6-year-old usually quits sports after two weeks, but he begs to go to Active Hour. The rotation keeps him engaged the whole time!"
"The coaches are incredible. They actually understand how to talk to toddlers without losing patience. Highly recommend the 2-4 age group!"
"Great concept! Sometimes the transition between sports is a little quick, but my daughter absolutely loves discovering new games every week."
"Best 60 minutes of the week. My son burns off so much energy, and I get to sit and actually drink a hot coffee."
"We did the drop-in session and bought the Season Pack immediately. It's the most professional kids program in Mississauga."
"I was skeptical about mixing so many sports, but it works surprisingly well. Really helps build fundamental motor skills."
